Shipping

Kariebi Andrews Studios LLC offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $11.00 per order. (Additional fees may be added to certain products depending on weight, size, material, packaging and insurance costs). If you are picking up an order, please email at shop.kas@tnanakumoart.com to schedule a pick up date and time. This is a small business, so orders are processed the following Tuesday-Thursday. Please allow 9 – 27 business days to receive your order. Thank you for your patience.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Kariebi Andrews Studios. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund.

To receive a complete refund (excludes shipping cost), the item(s) must be returned in new, unused, and/or undamaged condition within 15 days from delivery date.

In your shipment, please include the return item(s) and the order receipt. Please make sure items are packaged properly and safely. If items that are returned, became damaged due to poor packaging, reimbursement will be 40% of total purchase price.

You are responsible for the cost of your return shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the item has been shipped. Send an email to shop.kas@tnanakumoart.com; notifying Kariebi Andrews Studios LLC of the return shipment. Include in the email the tracking number, carrier and the reason for the return. List the name and quantity of each product being returned. In the subject line of the e-mail, write the order number, number of items being returned and return shipment date. (Example: Order #0001. Items 1. Return Shipment 01/01/01).

It may take about two weeks or more for your shipment to reach us. Once your return shipment is received you will be notified via email. Please allow for five to fifteen business days for your refund to be processed to your account through the original form of payment.

If the original form of payment is unable to be completed (due to updated/expired payment method or the time limit/expiration rules set by the processing company itself, then a check will be issued to the customer. Kariebi Andrews Studios LLC will confirm name, address, phone number and email of the customer in order to send the check. Please confirm with Kariebi Andrews Studios LLC if check was received. As for security reasons, duplicate checks will not be sent out.

As regards for shipping, please note that shipment begins when package is shipped, not when order is received.
